Today started my woman's days, that's why I'm feeling weak. But anyway I'm not going to lose my challenge. To continue I chose an easier training program for 2-3 days of my weakness.

Hi guys Julia Versys here. Today is 28th March of 2022 and today is Monday.
Very hard day and actually for me it's also hard because the day today started
my women's day and I'm feeling not enough energy. This is normally for
women's days and that's why I'm using shorts today. So within next four or five days
you will see me in shorts. Okay so today I'm going to do exercises a bit easier.
Easier it will be only two exercises fewer but it's not easy anyway. So we
have to start from beginning. It will be warming up for exercises and
for this I will have my transparent wall here and now we start it. Let's go.
Better? Okay so now exercise I have to lean on the wall.
So I step like this.

and a half of thyme.
It's almost done. Go to a wall where you can lean on.
It was good. So now we also touch the wall to keep balance and just reach one of my legs.
A little bit. And just keep.
So actually I feel tension in my front muscles in the leg.
And it works pretty well. This is just warming up.

It's very hot already for me.
You know, when you have not enough energy, it's always hot.
Ok, now we change position to lower.
Change position.
And we have to lie down just like a frog.
We just lay on our back.
